Website - bug reports

This will serve as a simple ticketing system for bugs with our new website.

The gamecount is based on the number of times a game has been proposed for an event, not on actual plays. It should be based on actual plays, which means there should be a way (for admins only) to provide that information.

There should be a simple one-way messaging system so that admins/event organsiers can send emails to the entire group or selected people. This should beused to:

  • tell people of upcoming events
  • herd the cats when organsing an event

Let me offer this then, though I am uncertain if it's a bug or a feature request.

The opther day I accidentally added a non existing game to our list. I have no way to remove that game again. This is the offending game:

It's to be expected people will accidently add games from time to time. My suggestion would be that those games are mentioned in this thread and then removed by admins. If we give every-one the right to remove games, we run a risk in the opposite direction: removing a game that shouldn't be removed.

Makes sense.

The game called 'Oops' has been removed :)

I did some work on the website, and I made a few changes as requested:

- Some minor UI and layout tweaking here and there
- Layout of poll and dateplanner in Forum improved
- The gamecount in Games is not derived from planned events anymore. Admins now can set played dates in a gamepage, and the played count will be updated from that.
- Admins can now email all users on this site. (unless you do not want to be mailed of course)
- You can now remove a game from the Gameplanner in an event when nobody signed up for it.
